And to celebrate it’s birthday, we’re giving you the chance to win the book or to share the hope with your friends by winning a copy of the book for them. Simply comment with what you are hoping to take away from the book or someone who you would like to give it to (and maybe forward this to them to let them enter too)! My husband and I have been given the unique calling of raising a child with some very challenging needs, as well as 5 of us battling Lyme Disease. Some days, it seems as though the burdens that we carry will destroy our family. However, as we seek Christ and learn to lean on Him through every struggle, we are being strengthened, molded, and learning to be more satisfied in him alone. I am learning deep truth's of God's Word and hope to encourage and challenge others through what He has been teaching my family and me through this valley. May he alone be glorified in and through my words.

I would love to buy a copy of ‘Hope when it hurts’ but at the moment being a student it’s a bit of a challenge, but either way I’ll as much as possible strive to get a copy in the long run. Sarah’s story has always inspired me and challenged my faith and have always left me with a desire to love God more and empathise with those that are suffering. I have shared most of her posts praying and hoping they could be a blessing to others as they have been a blessing to me.
I have been looking forward to the release of ‘Hope When It Hurts’ and if there’s a chance I could win a book, I’d be much grateful, but more to that I pray that it may be a blessing to as many people as possible, may it please the Lord to use it to encourage many believers so they can endure gracefuly in times of suffering.

I have a dear friend who has is going through a very difficult situation and I think this book would be a great encouragement to her to see Christ and His goodness in all of this.

Wow! This sounds like such an amazing book and just what I need. Having suffered a sudden illness when I was 29 that is now chronic, my faith was certainly put to the test. It’s hard to see the purpose in suffering and I think I am still struggling with the “why’s” of my illness and all the changes it has caused in my life. From this book I would hope to gain encouragement and a greater understanding of the biblical view of suffering.
